People know Honeybaked but most haven't gotten. sandwiches from there. To be honest I hadn't been to a Honeybaked Cafe for years and was hoping to reunite with the Monte Cristo sandwich I had there ages ago. Unfortunately that might be gone forever but my friend and I still got sandwiches. Overall the sandwich was fresh and bread had a nice crunch. The only down side of the ham in my sandwich was them not using the honey sweetened crust.

I called ahead to see what items they usually have available to-go, the lady who answered nicely provided a simple run-down of items.
They have a decent sized menu to my surprise!
Small Ham (which is what I was looking for) feeding up to six people and it did with a few pieces left over.
Ribs
Salads
Soups
Sandwiches

I ordered a Bbq sandwich that was good at a reasonable price.
My only issue is being that ham can be served warm or cold
Honey baked hams are kept in refrigerator and should be served at room temp
Employee stated if I do put in oven only do like 10-15 minutes it can lose the tenderness..
Here's problem, 2 hrs later there is still brown sugar crystals on ham, I want it glazed & warm so I put in oven.
It came out bomb, unfortunately I did notice some pieces a little harder.
If serving ham at room temperature give at least 5 hours.. Does the brown sugar ever melt at room temp.. who knows?
I definitely enjoyed it more outta oven.

The ham was really good, service was great, but I think is best for me to make my own ham next time. It just was weird to eat it a room temperature. Just saying. But I would do it again if I didn't have time to cook.

Was there this morning @ 10:30. At least 50 ahead of me. I was in-line and checked out in 5-10 minutes!!!
